The Will of Charles Mohr.

   Know all men by these present that I, Charles Mohr, of the City of Mobile, State of Alabama, being of sound mind and disposing memory, and about to undertake a long journey with my duties as member of the United States Bureau of Forestry and being mindful of the uncertainty of life, for the purpose of making full and adequate provisions for my beloved wife. I do make publish and declare this instrument in writing my last will and testament as follows: ... to my beloved wife, Sophia.

   In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty-first day of March AD One thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety-four. Signed: Charles Mohr.
   Let the said Last will and Testament together with said commission and examination and this decree and all other proceedings herein be re- corded, this the 1^st day of August AD, 1901.
