Miss Meacham was born on in February 1819 in South Carolina. She died in Jefferson County Kentucky on November 7, 1911.  Her Father was Dr. James Meacham and her Mother was Lucy Coleman Glenn.  She married  Hillary Foster. He was born in 1815 in South Carolina and died on

October 9, 1855 in Mobile.  He was a merchant.  They were members of the Episcopal Church and are buried in Magnolia Cemetery.
